A nonprofit live-service fan game that tells an originally crafted story and conflict: an unofficial continuation to the now-defunct family-friendly MMORPG Disney's Toontown Online.
I serve as the founder and creative director of our fully remote 40+ member staff team featuring talent representing all disciplines of game design and game development. This entails a major administrative responsibility in which I handle team member task direction, workflow organization, and social media management. In addition, I occasionally take on roles including combat systems design, sound design, music composition, and 3D animation, under the supervision of my appointed department leads.
This is a passion project led by our love for the original game and our desire to serve and renew the community that has kept that love for Toontown Online alive for over a decade after its closure. Though the game is still pending public launch, various previews showcasing the development process and gameplay footage are available on the project's social media outlets.
